WHO MAY ATTEND: All are welcome in person or on ZOOM. Childcare will be available.

WHO MAY VOTE: All members are urged to attend to vote. Though persons may attend on ZOOM, they will need to request an absentee ballot to vote (see below).

NOTE: A quorum of 20% of in-person members (currently 241 members) is required to conduct business requiring a vote. It is VERY important that you attend. The voting requirement includes having signed the membership book and having made "an annual financial contribution of record to the operating fund" during the 12 months prior to the voting date.

ABSENTEE BALLOTS and instructions are available by contacting the office (757-220-6830 or office@wuu.org). Absentee Ballots were due in the office by noon, February 12.
