Nominating Committee Interviews

The Nominating Committee (Peter Mellette, Trenna Tankersley, and Megan Tschannen-Moran) is responsible for interviewing and nominating persons interested in serving on the WUU Board and certain Board committees (Endowment, Nominating, and Right Relations). The Nominating Committee also identifies individuals with real estate related knowledge to serve as WUU trustees, given that, as a religious society organized under Virginia law, the WUU property is held in the name of the WUU trustees.

 There are openings for all five positions that the Congregation will fill at the February 2026 Congregational meeting. The terms for Board members will begin in May 2026 and for all other positions in July 2026.
