ICE Out! WUU Phone Call Blitz: Monday, 2/9 @ 9 am

In this time of moral crisis, our faith calls us to live our values through courageous and prophetic action. This coming week, WUU is excited to join Unitarian Universalists across the country in participating in a 80-hour ICE Out! Phone Call Blitz: that is, five straight days (80 business hours) of an unbroken chain of phone calls to key members of Congress every three minutes. 

Our congregation will participate from 9 am to 10 am on Monday, Feb 9.  Your responsibility will be to sign up for one phone call, make the call at your designated time, read the script we provide….and that’s it! We need volunteer callers! If you are willing and able to participate, email sjchair@wuu.org and we will assign you a specific time during our hour. 

Together, we can powerfully meet this historic tipping-point moment in our nation.
