Cheesemaking 101: Mozzarella

In less time than it takes to get a pizza delivered you can make your own mozzarella!  We'll be using Yoder Dairy milk and other home-grown ingredients to make fresh, delicious cheese.  Bring a container to take your cheese home in.  Materials fee $10.
